Antique Adderley England Blue Chelsea Teacup and Saucer Set. Fine Bone China. Lavender Blue Raised Floral Sprigs & Embossed Fluted panels.
$28.00
Crafted in Staffordshire, England by the renowned Adderley potteries in the early 1900's, this set features the highly collectible "Blue Chelsea" (Chelsea Sprig) pattern.
The set is styled with clean, brilliant white bone china molded into gently fluted panels. It is decorated with beautifully raised, three-dimensional embossed sprigs of lavender-blue flowers. Unlike later variations, this specific version emphasizes a minimalist, classic aesthetic without heavy gilt accents, allowing the intricate sprigged artwork and pristine porcelain work to take center stage. Perfect as a display piece as it is an antique and around 100 years old!
