Add a little Art Deco elegance to your coffee or tea service with this gorgeous antique Noritake Morimura Brothers porcelain creamer and lidded sugar bowl set. Handcrafted and hand-painted in Japan, this set features a beautiful, serene lakeside scenic landscape during a striking sunset. The artwork is beautifully framed by an iridescent yellow lusterware glaze on top, detailed black dash borders along the rim, and gold-gilt handles and lid finial. The opalescent luster finish reflects the light wonderfully, making it an eye-catching display piece or functional collection addition. The bottom of each piece bears the authentic, highly collectible red "M in Wreath" backstamp flanked by "Hand Painted" and "Made in Japan", dating this set exactly to the 1918–1940 export period.
Please note this is an antique set. There is gold rub on the handles and knob on lid. Scenery remains bright with minimal wear. Please see photos for condition and request more if you would like additional photos.
