This beautiful porcelain jar was specially made in Jingdezhen, China, the world’s most famous porcelain city. Hand-painted with delicate florals in soft pink, blue, yellow, and green with subtle gold accents, it has a pretty scalloped pink border and a smooth white glaze.
The mark on the base reads “景德鎮特制” (Specially Made in Jingdezhen) along with the artist/studio signature “松” (Song). This dates the piece to the 1960s–1980s, during the mid-20th century period when Jingdezhen exported finely decorated porcelain worldwide.
A lovely display piece for cottagecore, Chinoiserie, or vintage home decor. Perfect as a standalone accent, vase, or decorative storage jar.
